I have Monster cable HDMI-to-DVI & HDTV with 2 HDMI inputs. Were do I connect to the DVI? - dvi to usb cable
I Xbox 360 with HD-DVD add-on, but the 360 HD-DVD has no HDMI output.
Carter also has cable, but no DVI. Has only one USB port.
* What should I or should I do? I want a different cable?

Since the Xbox 360 is not the elite with HDMI port, then the best connection you can connect to VGA-TV or HD Component cables.
If you do not have a DVI source, you can use for the HDMI-DVI cable.
